2010 Michigan Galaxy Pageants Tickets

The event you’ve been waiting for will take place on Saturday, March 20th, 2010 at 6:30pm!

Online ticket sales have stopped.  Tickets will be available at the door on Satuarday night starting at 5:30 PM for $20 each!

Experience the magic and the beauty of the 2010 Michigan Galaxy Pageants.  WATCH AS DREAMS BECOME REALITY for seven graceful and elegant ladies who will be crowned the new Little Miss, Pre-Teen, Jr Miss, Miss Teen, Miss, Ms and Mrs Michigan Galaxy at the Malcolm Field Theater on the campus of Saginaw Valley State University.

You won’t want to miss this years dazzling, unique and contemporary opening number.  This is the pageant that all Michigan will be talking about.  Experience glamour beyond your imagination at the 2010 Michigan Galaxy Pageants.

2010 Preliminary Crown and Sash

Here it is…the Preliminary Crown (and sash) FREE for the ladies who sign up for the Michigan Galaxy Pageant and pay their registration fees in full by December 1, 2009.  This is close to a $100.00 value! 

“What is the advantage of having a preliminary crown and sash?”, you may ask.  Well for one thing, you don’t pay for it…..IT’S FREE. 

 

 

That’s right, we want to thank you for being able to process your information early and it helps us to prepare for the number of delegates that will participate in the upcoming production.  Plus, what better way to raise support and awareness for your quest for the crown than to sport this dazzling beauty around town on your next appearance!  It is dazzling too, all those Austrian crystals really catch and bounce the light around. What’s more, you will look gorgeous in all those pre-pageant photos when you are standing next to the mayor of your town or riding high in that convertible for your next parade!   Make sure you look officially fabulous by wearing your new preliminary crown and sash to all of your upcoming events as a  Michigan Galaxy delegate and remember, you never know who may be watching!

2010 Michigan Galaxy Pageants

We are proud to annouce that the 2010 Michigan Galaxy Pageants will take place on March 19-20, 2010 at the beautiful Saginaw Valley State University’s Malcolm Field Theatre for Performing Arts.  This state-of-the-art theatre is easy to get to from anywhere in Michigan and has very comfortable seating that will give you a great view of the show from any seat (but of course you’ll want to get your tickets early to be up-front).

   

There is plenty of room backstage for the girls to get ready and (of course) lots of mirrors and lights to make sure that everything is perfect!

2010 Michigan Galaxy Pageant

We are proud to announce that Britt is moving on to bigger and better things with the Galaxy Pageants and has passed the torch for Michigan to a new director, Debra Defoe.

As with all things new there will be some changes. We want to make the transition smooth and build on what Britt has put together over the years.

Here are a few things that we are working on:

• Moving the pageant to Saginaw. Debra has been in talks with the Temple Theatre in Saginaw as a potential location for the 2010 pageant.  Anyone who has been in the Temple knows that it is absolutely beautiful.  It is also very large and we will have to work hard to make sure that we get a full house for the production.
• More corporate sponsors.  With all the hard work and time that each of the pageant contestants put in, we want to make sure that there is a good amount of exposure for the contestants and the queens.  Plus a big bag of swag is always nice too!
• The new website.  If you are reading this you have seen the new website.  We will be adding information and making posts almost daily.  Keep looking back.

As with anything we need your help.  Constructive comments/suggestions and volunteers would be greatly appreciated!
